I can go away and research it, write the copy, shape the content, edit what already exists or turn the direction into whatever the client actually needs next.
That’s also where my AI brain gets useful, because I start noticing what could be easier, faster or not need a person at all.
Marketing taught me to find the commercial point. Editorial taught me judgment. Programme work taught me coordination. Client work taught me to stay close to the problem. Building systems taught me to stop accepting repeated friction as normal.
